There are new rules for Northern Ireland businesses moving goods across borders or delivering cross border services. Businesses need to understand the changes and adapt to minimise any disruption. To support businesses we are running a series of 1-to-1 advice clinics with specialist advisors from professional services companies and webinars hosted by experts. 

EU Exit advice clinics

Businesses can avail of three free 20 minute appointments with EU Exit Business advisors who will provide bespoke advice to help you minimise disruption to your business and seize any opportunities . Each appointment must be pre-booked and will operate on a first-come first-served basis.

The expert advisors and their specialist subjects are:

  • PWC: EU Exit readiness strategies, indirect taxation, customs, tariffs and VAT 
  • Grant Thornton: Customs, tariffs and VAT
  • Arvo Consulting: Supply chain and strategic sourcing
  • The Logistics Consultants: Logistics, supply chain & inventory management, import/export procedures, transport modes & routes
  • A&L Goodbody: Employment law, EEA worker’s rights, the EU Settlement Scheme and the Employer sponsorship scheme 
  • Arthur Cox: Data compliance, protection & data transfer outside the UK

EU Exit webinars

We will host a series of webinars to provide local businesses with the latest advice and guidance on the implementation of the Northern Ireland Protocol.

Each webinar will be hosted by an expert on a specific element of the protocol such as supply chain, data, worker’s rights or movement of goods. Each webinar lasts approximately 1hour and businesses can submit topic specific questions for discussion in advance.
